For many women, the burden of providing for their families often falls squarely on their shoulders, sometimes with little to no support. We recently spent time with a remarkable group of women, listening to their struggles and witnessing their incredible strength. By providing skill acquisition training and small startup grants, we aim to help these resilient women achieve financial independence and build their lives with dignity. They are the backbone of their families, and when we uplift a woman, we uplift an entire generation.
